Now Seeking Marketing Content Manager!

Margulies Perruzzi Architects (MPA) is looking for a creative, collaborative, strategic marketing professional with 3-5 years’ experience in an architecture/design/engineering/construction firm to work in our marketing/business development department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and execute the planning, development, assembly, distribution, and quality of some of the marketing proposals, including scheduling, tasking and tracking of prospects, quality assurance, and development of content and graphics
  • Help maintain website, mailing lists, reference lists, master file brochures, and business sponsorships
  • Develop and maintain project database, including collecting information from project teams
  • Organize and update marketing collateral
  • Manage and develop graphic design for advertising, brochures, and special events
  • Help maintain and update office social media channels and monthly schedule
  • Manage professional photo shoots, including preparation prior to, assistance during, and administering follow-up work (and if possible taking supplemental photos during professional shoots)
  • Work with the architectural staff to develop, design and produce the necessary materials for presentations and interviews (printed materials, PPT’s, etc.)
  • Support internal and external office and community event attendance, participation, advertising, and/or necessary marketing materials, including but not limited to local community events, exhibits, and multi-day professional conferences
  • Manage, design and coordinate regular advertising avenues for web, print, and radio
  • Help organize, run and maintain weekly marketing and business development meeting and report on leads, prospects, and activities
  • Manage, design, update and coordinate internal and external branding materials

Important Skills/ Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (PC platform), including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Proficient in website and social media content development and management; familiarity with WordPress platform a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, vocabulary, and editing skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple project tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Adept at database entry and comfortable with database software and formats
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture or a related field
