BOSTON – June 3, 2013 – Margulies Perruzzi Architects (MPA), one of Boston’s most innovative architectural and interior design firms, is proud to welcome five new design and professional staff to the firm. In their new roles as architectural designers, Esther Huang, LEED AP, Jessica Johnson, Lindsey Mackey, LEED AP, and Cameron Pierce will be responsible for design development, programming, and project management and coordination. Bonnie McIsaac joins MPA’s accounting department as a staff accountant.

Esther Huang, LEED AP, Architectural Designer
Esther Huang, LEED AP, joins MPA with more than nine years of architectural and interior design experience working on commercial, office, institutional, and residential projects. Esther received a Master of Architecture with a landscape concentration from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Interior Design from the Parsons School of Design in New York. Esther will be working on a series of banking and R&D/lab projects.

Jessica Johnson, Architectural Designer
Jessica Johnson brings experience in hand drafting, drawing, and physical model making to MPA, as well as computer-based drafting, 3D digital models, and renderings. Jessica earned both a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in architecture, with a minor in art and architectural history from Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I. She is joining the team working with Hobbs Brook Management on their real estate portfolio.

Lindsey Mackey, LEED AP BD+C, Architectural Designer
Prior to joining MPA, Lindsey Mackey, LEED AP BD+C, was a project manager and lighting designer in California where she was responsible for crafting highly personalized lighting solutions for cutting-edge office interiors, dynamic building façades, and high-end residences. Lindsey’s duties will focus on lighting design for select corporate clients. Lindsey received a Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University in Philadelphia, and is Lighting Certified (LC) by the National Council on Qualified Lighting Professions (NCQLP).

Cameron Pierce, Architectural Designer
Cameron Pierce joins MPA with design experience from two firms in Boston. He received a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. Cameron will support a number of corporate projects already underway at MPA. 

Bonnie McIsaac, Staff Accountant
Bonnie McIsaac is an experienced staff accountant with more than 18 years of accounting and benefits administration experience. Prior to joining MPA, Bonnie was the assistant controller at Aramark/UMass Lowell Inn and Conference Center in Lowell, Mass., where she was responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and payroll. Bonnie received a Master of Science in training and development from Lesley University in Cambridge, Mass., and completed coursework toward a degree in International Business Administration at the Monterey Institute of International Studies in Monterey, Calif. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in French and economics from Regis College in Weston, Mass.
